Greg Rutherford favourite to lose Strictly spot in Blackpool

Greg Rutherford is the 6-4 favourite with leading bookmaker Coral to be eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing this weekend in Blackpool. Robert Rinder can be backed at 7-4 to depart, while Ed Balls is 11-4 for his run to come to an end on the show.

Danny Mac is now the odds-on favourite at 10-11 to lift the Glitter ball trophy after he received the first full house of the series from the judges tonight. Louise Redknapp is second best at 9-4 in the outright betting to go all the way and Claudia Fragapane and Ore Oduba are both 9-1 to be crowned the winner.

“The betting suggests Greg Rutherford is the favourite to be eliminated this weekend in Blackpool, with Robert Rinder the most likely to be in the dance-off with the former Olympic gold medalist,” said Coral’s John Hill.

“Danny Mac is now odds-on to lift the Glitter ball trophy following his four 10s from the judges and he has been very popular with punters this evening to win the series,” added Hill.
