Glorious Goodwood Day Five Preview: Can Enbihaar complete Lillie Langtry Stakes double?

We take a look at the key races on the final day of the festival
After a thrilling week of racing, Glorious Goodwood comes to an end on Saturday – but we’ve got seven more races to look forward to before we say goodbye.
In the feature race of the day, Jim Crowley and Enbihaar are looking to win the Lillie Langtry Stakes for the second year on the spin.
We’ve also got the Stewards’ Cup and the Qatar Handicap to enjoy and ahead of the action, we’ve previewed the headline races.

After storming to victory in this race last year, Enbihaar is looking to triumph for the second successive year. Jim Crowley’s ride heads the betting after impressing on her return at Newmarket.
Manuel De Vega was 5 lengths behind last year’s winner and the filly could struggle to close that gap with a 3lb penalty. She did well in return at Haydock before repeating the feat in the Lancashire Oaks.
Cabaletta and Snow complete a small field. The former finished a way off Manuel De Vega at Haydock, while the latter did well to finish fifth in the Irish Oaks and may prefer this distance.
Nahaarr is set to be the market leader ahead of the race after easing to victory in a 6f at Newbury two weeks ago. Teaming up with Tom Marquand again, he comes face-to-face with Watan, who he beat in their recent handicap.
Coming off the back of a success in the Scottish Stewards’ Cup handicap a fortnight ago, Meraas is looking to be the fourth three-year-old to win the renewal in six years despite being up 6lbs.
Meanwhile, Swindler is looking to progress from a solid return at Newmarket. Louis Steward’s ride did well in two 6f handicaps at Ascot last year.
Society Lion is looking to go one better after being beaten by a neck at Doncaster over 7f last time out. He’s been given a 5lb rise by the handicapper but has impressed in good three-year-old handicaps this year.
He could be troubled by Mister Snowdon, who’s also been given a 3lb penalty, but won novices on his first two starts. The gelding looked strong when finishing second on his handicap debut at Yarmouth earlier this month.
Also in contention could be King Ragnar, who enjoyed the fast ground when he won at Leicester two weeks ago. He also produced two strong showings in Newmarket handicaps earlier this season.
