Incredible 20-match football accumulator lands punter £162,000!

An ambitious 20-fold football accumulator has landed one lucky Coral customer a payout of over £162,000 from a £10 stake at the weekend.

The bet, which was placed on a self-service Betstation machine in a Coral shop in Walthamstow, east London, was made up of matches in England, Italy, Spain and Turkey.

‘’Many football fans love to place these ambitious accumulators to win life-changing amounts of money, so to see somebody land such a huge win for a relatively small stake is something that can give us all hope when placing our weekend football bets,’’ said Coral’s Lewis Knowles.

The winning punter has Turkish side Fenerbache to thank as their victory over Gaziantep last weekend kicked off the bet, while their 2-1 win over Umranyespor on Monday evening was coincidentally the final leg of the 20-fold football accumulator, which saw the customer win £162,855.23.

‘’The selections showed an incredible range of knowledge of European football as not only were they across games from numerous countries, but they were also on a range of different markets,” added Knowles.

“Some of the legs were simply selecting the winner of the match, but others were predicting how many goals there would be in the game, or whether both teams would score.”
