Transfer odds: Potential deals before the January window closes
The January transfer window closes on Tuesday night and there are potentially plenty of deals still to be done ahead of the deadline.
Coral have transfer odds on some of the rumoured moves and here we highlight a few of the players who could be moving before the deadline.
Arsenal are continuing their attempts to sign Caicedo from Brighton and the player has made public his desire to leave the club.
A deal for Caicedo would be the Gunners’ second signing from the Seagulls after securing the services of Leandro Trossard earlier this month. However, a potential switch does not look easy after Arsenal had a £60million bid turned down for the midfielder on Friday and another offer reportedly rejected over the weekend.
Moises Caicedo transfer odds (club at end of January window):
Chelsea have already had an incredibly expensive transfer window, spending nearly £200m this month to bring in the likes of David Fofana, Benoit Badiashile and Mykhailo Mudryk.
However, the Blues look set to splash the cash again with reports suggesting they are back in talks with Benfica over signing World Cup winner Fernandez.
The 22-year-old was a key part of Argentina’s victorious squad in Qatar, and was also voted Best Young Player at the tournament.
Enzo Fernandez transfer odds:
33/1 Manchester United
The 29-year-old has lost his place in the Manchester United starting line-up since Erik ten Hag took charge last summer and is effectively fourth choice centre-back.
If he wants to keep his place in the England team, Maguire may need to move on and has been linked with a loan move. with Aston Villa the favourites in the betting ahead of West Ham.
Harry Maguire transfer odds:
3/1 Aston Villa
8/1 West Ham
Antonio seems to be angling for a move having last week revealed on The Footballer’s Football Podcast that he has been in contact with other clubs.
The striker said: “Honestly, I’ve not ruled anything out. That’s all I can say, nothing has been ruled out. There are talks so whatever happens, happens.”
Antonio is West Ham’s only senior striker fit for tonight’s FA Cup tie at Derby so manager David Moyes is keen to keep the player but several Premier League clubs would be keen to sign Antonio, with Crystal Palace leading the pack according to Coral’s transfer betting market.
Michail Antonio transfer odds
5/2 Crystal Palace
8/1 Nottingham Forest
