Back in March of 2009, Manchester United were looking to win their third consecutive Premier League title.
In second were famous rivals Liverpool, with the two teams meeting in what looked like a decisive match.
Liverpool ran out 4-1 winners on that day, inflicting Utd’s heaviest defeat at Old Trafford in any competition for 17 years.
Despite that, Man Utd went on to win the title four points ahead of Liverpool – equalling the Reds’ record of 18 league titles in the process.
