Arsenal suffered another defeat at the weekend

Mikel Arteta has seen his odds slashed to be the next Premier League manager to leave their post.

The Arsenal boss has been cut to 7/2 (from 6/1) following Sunday’s North London Derby defeat at the hands of Tottenham.

Meanwhile, Arteta can be backed at 6/4 to leave the Gunners before the final game of the season.

Chris Wilder remains the favourite to lose his job at 7/4, with Sheffield United still winless, while Slaven Bilic is next in the betting at 2/1.

“With the transfer window set to open next month, there will be a number of clubs thinking about making a change over the next few weeks,” said Coral’s John Hill.

“After his side’s defeat to Tottenham on Sunday, Mikel Arteta is under serious pressure now and has had his odds slashed to be the next Premier League boss to go.”

Next Premier League manager to leave

Chris Wilder 7/4

Slaven Bilic 2/1

Scott Parker 7/2

Mikel Arteta 7/2

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer 5/1

Steve Bruce 8/1

Roy Hodgson 10/1

Sean Dyche 14/1
