Manchester City odds on to beat Arsenal as Premier League returns

With the Premier League set to return on 17th June, we’ve picked out some headline bets and interesting odds on the action.
First up, we have Man City as 2/5 favourites to beat Arsenal when the action resumes on 17th June. Arsenal are 6/1 to win, while the draw can be backed at 18/5.
“The Premier League is coming back and Man City taking on Arsenal is a cracking game to kick-off with. We make City odds on to take the three points,” said Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead.
The day’s other game sees Aston Villa at 19/10 to beat Sheffield United, who are 11/8 to claim victory, with the draw at 9/4.
“The Bundesliga has shown the away teams might get more joy playing behind closed doors, and Sheffield United are favourites to win at Aston Villa on the opening night,” added Aitkenhead.
Outrights and other bets
Table toppers Liverpool are now 1/1000 to win the title – meaning a £1000 bet on them to win would win you just £1.
“From a betting point of view, if Liverpool did not win the league it would be one of the biggest shocks ever seen, in any market,” said Aitkenhead.
Meanwhile, Jamie Vardy is the 7/4 favourite to win the golden boot, ahead of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang at 3/1, Sergio Aguero at 4/1 and Mo Salah at 5/1.
