The Atletico Madrid man could miss out on England squad

Kieran Trippier could miss out on Gareth Southgate’ssquad this summer, according to our latest odds.

Our traders have priced up the most likely 23-man squad andTrippier could be among those left out, despite starring for England at theWorld Cup in 2018.

Aston Villa star Jack Grealish is odds-on to make it at 1/2 following his stunning season at Aston Villa, as is Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori, despite his recent spell out of the team.

“Our 23 shortest priced players include Tomori andGrealish and we think they’re in line to make Southgate’s final squad for theEuros,” said Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead.

“Notable omissions according to our odds include Trippierand also Ross Barkley now who has seen his odds drift after a lean couple ofmonths.”

However, it remains to be seen how realistic our likelysquad is, with strikers Harry Kane and Marcus Rashford facing a race to be fitin time for the tournament.

The pair are priced at 1/10 and 2/5 respectively and their potential absence could pave the way for Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

The Everton man is 2/1 to make the squad, while other longshots include Reece James and Phil Foden at 7/2, as well as Arsenal youngster Bukayo Saka, whose odds have been cut from 14/1 to 4/1.

We’ve got England as 9/2 favourites to go all the way this summer. Will Southgate’s side lift the trophy at Wembley?
