Welsh winger could move away from Real Madrid

Gareth Bale could be on the way out of Real Madrid after he was left out of the Champions League squad to face Manchester City.

The Welsh attacker has enjoyed some glorious moments since his world record-breaking £85m move to the Spanish capital, but after falling out of favour with Zinedine Zidane, he’s 6/1 for a move to the MLS this summer.

Bale had been linked with a blockbuster move back to Tottenham Hotspur in previous transfer windows, but the arrival of Jose Mourinho may hamper that.

He’s 12/1 to return to N17, with a shock move to Manchester City, who continue to strengthen with the arrival of Ferran Torres from Valencia and Nathan Ake from Bournemouth, also at 12/1.

Coral’s John Hill said: “Gareth Bale’s time in Madrid could be set to come to an end this summer, with a move to the MLS his most likely next challenge, according to our betting,”

“Bale is known for his liking of golf courses and he should have no trouble finding some fantastic courses in the USA,” added Hill.
