Five top tips to take

Gibraltarian outfit Lincoln Red Imps caused perhaps one of the biggest shocks in Champions League history, when they beat Celtic 1-0 in their second round first leg qualifier.

Now, though, they face the Scottish champions and former European Cup winners on the road in their bid to finish off the tie.

Can the Lincoln do the impossible and knock Brendan Rodgers’ new men out of Europe? Read on to check out Coral’s five top tips to take for the match.

Lee Casciaro to score anytime

Red Imps forward Casciaro, one of three brothers who started in the first leg, recently spoke to Coral after his match-winning goal last time out, and described his strike as “the highlight of my career”.

The 34-year-old found the net just after the break, and now heads to Celtic Park in Glasgow having already scored in the city when he bagged an equaliser in a Euro 2016 qualifier for Gibraltar against Scotland.

Casciaro has a habit of scoring important goals, as he also struck the winner in Lincoln’s first ever victory in Europe last season. You can back him at highly tempting odds of 12/1 to score again anytime in 90 mins.

Half-time score to be 0-0

Lincoln have proven to be a tough team to break down as they kept a clean sheet in the first leg, while national team Gibraltar, who feature many Red Imps players, have notably fared better in the opening half against opponents.

Why not take a tasty price of 17/5, therefore, for the scoreline to be 0-0 at the break?

Leigh Griffiths to hit a hat-trick

Celtic, though, will have the luxury of being able to play on home soil this time, rather than Lincoln’s artificial surface, and with home weather behind them too!

Griffiths was undoubtedly the Bhoys’ best player in the first leg, causing the hosts many problems, while also coming close to grabbing a late equaliser when he hit the bar with a free-kick.

The Scotland striker scored a whopping 40 in all competitions for Celtic last season, and so is a sensational 6/1 shout to hit a hat-trick in 90 minutes this time out as Lincoln will likely tire in the second-half.

Celtic to win by five or more goals

Going by the above bet, the Hoops will be determined to overshadow their first leg humiliation by claiming a big scoreline victory back home.

With the likes of Griffiths, Patrick Roberts and new signing Moussa Dembele on their books, they are certainly capable of banging in the goals against supposed minnows Lincoln.

Faced in a similar situation to Scotland, when Casciaro got a shock equaliser for Gibraltar, the hosts eventually managed to claim a 6-1 victory. Celtic, therefore, are 7/2 to win by five or more goals in normal time too (maximum stake of £20) in a Coral enhanced special.

Lincoln Red Imps to score anytime

Coral are offering another enhanced special, again with a max stake of £20, on the Red Imps to score in 90 minutes.

Odds of 11/4 say they can achieve the feat, which is certainly possible. A mentioned above, Casciaro scored against Scotland away, while Gibraltar also netted against Poland on the road in the same Euro 2016 qualifiers and Lincoln were also on target away in the last round against Flora Tallinn.
