Handy Andriy looks lively for Ukraine
Ukraine prepare to take on Slovenia in their Euro 2016 play-off encounter and will be encouraged by the strength of their firepower. Heavily odds-on at 8/13 with Coral to win the first leg, they will take confidence from the fact that Andriy Yarmolenko knows where the goal is. With four goals in qualifying, he is well priced at 6/4 in the anytime market.
The attacking midfielder is definitely a match winner and can be all the difference, as the hosts prepare to put this tie beyond doubt in the first leg. With Yehven Konoplyanka also in fine scoring form, taking odds of 7/4 on him scoring anytime could be beneficial.
Their visitors though, haven’t lost since a 3-2 defeat to Switzerland and have won twice and drawn in the matches that followed. They also have a star of their own in Kevin Kampl, who plies his trade for Bayer Leverkusen and is available at 5/1 anytime, while Bostjan Cesar and Nejc Pecnik dispatched last time out and are 9/1 and 6/1 in the same market.

Don’t let the stadium name for this fixture deceive you. There will be no love lost in what is virtually a Scandinavian derby, with Sweden 7/5 to beat Denmark. Star player Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who at 34 is likely to not play on beyond Euro 2016 will see this as an opportunity to make his mark on an international level, having been unable to steer his country to the World Cup.
For the striker to score and Sweden to win, odds of 11/4 are offered, however the country haven’t beaten their visitors since April 2000, though this could be their best chance to put that right.
Ibrahimovic, who has scored 59 goals in 109 appearances, indicated how much it would mean to appear at next year’s finals: “I would love to play at the European Championship in France.
“I have played there for four years. I have put Sweden on the world map and now I have put France on the world map too.”
Dangerous Danes
Despite Sweden’s obvious threat, Denmark are still a team who can pick them off. Christian Eriksen has been in fine form for Tottenham this term and has the craft to split his opponent’s defence; arguably their Achilles heel. He is 10/3 in the anytime market, while Ajax attacker Viktor Fischer, who is a prodigious talent is another who knows where the goal is, so his odds of 16/5 are worth considering.
In 2014, Denmark secured a 1-0 win in an international friendly, with defender Daniel Agger dispatching a last minute penalty. The former Liverpool centre back is 6/1 to hit the back of the net and is a threat from dead ball situations.
