Essex punter places £2,000 pound bet on Joey ahead of I’m A Celeb
Published:Leading bookmaker Coral has been forced to slash the odds on Joey Essex winning this year’s I’m A Celebrity after an Essex based online punter placed a £2,000 bet on him this afternoon. The 23-year-old nightclub promoter is now the 15-8 favourite (from 5-2) to be crowned King of the Jungle.
“We’re not sure whether or not it was one of Joey’s TOWIE pals betting on him today but whoever it was, they are certainly very confident that he has what it takes to win the crown, “commented Coral’s Nicola McGeady.
