England 7/2 shots to win Third Test of the Ashes in Perth

England head into the Third Test of the Ashes in Perth on Thursday looking to keep the dream alive. Trevor Bayliss’ side are currently 2-0 down to Australia, though the Second Test was much closer than the opener.

The view from Coral’s trading floor is that England could win the upcoming test, but they’re certainly not favourites. The visitors are 7/2 for a Third Test victory, while the Aussies are 8/15 and a Draw can be backed at 9/2.

Worryingly for the visitors, the most likely scoreline in this series is a 5-0 whitewash, with 2/1 on offer for Darren Lehmann’sside to win every test on home soil.

However, it’s 3/1 that England get at least a sliver of joy, with a 4-1 series scoreline.

Patriotic punters can get on England to Win the Ashes at 20/1, while a Series Draw is also available at 20s. But it could all be over by the end of play in Perth, with Australia to Win the Ashes now just 1/25.
