England 10-3 to win the Ashes Down Under

England are 10-3 with leading bookmaker Coral to win the Ashes in Australia ahead of the start of the series on Thursday morning. The hosts are odds-on at 2-5 to come out on top again, while the draw is 7-1.

In the First Test betting, the hosts are 8-11 to get off to a winning start, England are on offer at 11-4 and the draw is priced up at 7-2.

“Patriotic punters have deserted England for this series as there seems to be very little confidence in the betting that the Three Lions can come back with the famous urn,” said Coral’s John Hill.

“Australia are odds-on to make a winning start at the Gabba, but with rain forecast for the next few days, we have seen strong money for the draw in Brisbane,” added Hill.
