Blackburn v Stoke – Home win
The Premier League side have won the previous five meetings with Blackburn Rovers, stretching back to February 2010, but the Potters come into this FA Cup clash on the back of a 4-1 thumping by Manchester City. Rovers are on a good run of form at Ewood Park, having won three consecutive home fixtures, so an upset is very much on the cards.

Derby v Reading – Home win
Steve McClaren’s high-flying Championship side have climbed to third in the table and have already toppled Reading twice this season, wining both games to nil. The Royals recently lost to Leeds United, while Derby County have been beaten just once in their last 11 outings.

Blackpool v Nottingham Forest – Away win
The home side are the Championship’s biggest strugglers, having dropped to bottom spot after a single victory in five league games. Forest sit 14 places above Blackpool and have won back-to-back league fixtures, so expect Dougie Freedman’s men to triumph at Bloomfield Road.

Bournemouth v Huddersfield – Home win
In the reverse clash, Huddersfield were hammered 4-0 by the Championship’s second-placed team, and they are massive favourites again at the Goldsands Stadium. Bournemouth are pushing hard to overtake Middlesbrough at the league’s summit and have have lost just one home game in 11 games, so they will be geared up to cruise past their opponents.

Charlton v Brentford – Away win
Brentford’s recent run of form has seen them climb into a play-off position, after securing four victories in six league outings. This is in contrast to Charlton, who are without a win in 13 Championship outings. The visitors should be able to claim all three points at the Valley and win their fourth consecutive away clash.

Norwich v Wolverhampton Wanderers – Home win
Just two points away from the play-off positions, Norwich will be keen to keep up the pace. Top scorer Cameron Jerome and wing wizard Nathan Redmond have been amongst the goals lately and should test Wolves, who have silenced the Canaries just once in their past six attempts.

Sheffield Wednesday v Brighton – Home win
The Owls have beaten the Seagulls in both of their last two battles, and sit a comfortable nine points above them in the Championship table. Brighton, meanwhile, are hovering dangerously above the drop zone and have lost three of their last four outings across all competitions.

Peterborough v Rochdale – Home win
The Posh and Rochdale currently sit level on points, but hosts Peterborough hold a significant head-to-head advantage, having only been defeated by the Dale on eight of 44 their duels. In fact, the visitors have not triumphed at London Road since 1990.

Dundee v Partick Thistle – Draw
Hosts Dundee and Thistle have ended on even terms the last two times they have tussled, and have also split the spoils on 54 previous occasions. Both sides will do battle on the back of respective losses, so a point apiece would be far from a disaster.

Kilmarnock v Dundee United – Away win
The Terrors have tasted triumph on six of their past seven clashes against Killie, and have take all three points on two of their last three visits to Rugby Park, where the hosts are without a win in three.

Aston Villa v Leicester – Draw
East meets west in this FA Cup Midlands battle between the Foxes and Villans. The duo are in miserable form in the Premier League, so back a draw in 90 minutes here.

Arsenal v Middlesbrough – Draw
Boro caused one of the shocks of the round last time beating Manchester City at the Etihad, and have another tough task at the Emirates. The Championship table-toppers are in a great run of form and have four draws in their last six matches against the Gunners.

Chievo v Sampdoria – Away win
Sampdoria, who are up in fifth place in Serie A this term, have won their last four head-to-heads against relegation-threatened Chievo, so back them for victory again.

Rayo Vallecano v Villarreal – Away win
The Yellow Submarine are on a great run in La Liga, and have won their last six encounters against Rayo, getting an average of over four goals in their past three. Back Villarreal them once more.

Celta Vigo v Atletico Madrid – Away win
Celta are back in the top 10, following a miserable run, but now face in-form Atleti, who smashed bitter city rivals Real Madrid last time out.
