Yorkhill (3/1) upset the bookies on Day Two, and provided Willie Mullins with yet another winner as he held off the favourite Yanworth (11/10) to clam the Neptune Novices’ Hurdle that opened proceedings.

In the Coral Cup, which we as race sponsors paid out on the first SIX past the post if you had an each-way wager, Diamond King may have slipped from co-favourite before the start but finished first, ahead of Long House Hall, Ubak, Blazer, Baoulet Delaroque and Waxie Dargle.

Sprinter Sacre (5/1) soared back to success after smashing red-hot favourite Un De Sceaux (4/6), defending champ Dodging Bullets and Special Tiara to regain the Queen Mother Champion Chase after winning it back in 2013.
