Clash between two British heavyweights drawing closer

After Anthony Joshua’s ninth round knockout victory over Kubrat Pulev, a unification bout against Tyson Fury could be on the horizon, and it’s Fury who’s the 8/15 favourite.

The WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, IBO and WBC heavyweight titles could be up for grabs in a British heavyweight clash in 2021 if the bout can be agreed.

Despite his impressive win over Pulev, Joshua is the 3/2 underdog to beat Fury, with the draw available at 22/1.

Fury has been out of the ring since February, after his seventh-round knockout on Deontay Wilder in their rematch in Las Vegas.

Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead said: “”Joshua against Fury would be one of the biggest British heavyweight clashes we’ve ever seen and we think it’s Fury who’s the one holding all the aces in that match-up. We make him odds on to beat Joshua if they do meet.”
