Boris Johnson odds-on to be next Tory leader

Boris Johnson is 8-13 favourite with Coral to become the next leader of the Conservatives, and 8-11 favourite to become the next Prime Minister, following David Cameron’s resignation this morning.  Theresa May is second favourite, at 5-2 to be party leader and 7-2 to become PM.

“Having played a leading role in the Vote Leave campaign, Boris Johnson would seem to be in pole position to replace David Cameron when the PM steps down,” said Coral’s David Stevens.
