Coral ambassador looks ahead to Sunday ride’s and Royal Ascot

Goodwood rides

12.00 – Asiaaf

It will be interesting to see how Shatha runs on Saturday as she finished 4th to her on debut last week. I like this filly. She ran very green on debut from a wide draw and I’m expecting a big improvement from her. I think she’ll go very close.

13.10 – Sayifyouwill

She’s a two year old having her first start. She’s got a really speedy pedigree and is a half sister to Tinto who won last week at Newmarket. It’s a really speedy family so she should be able to show up well over the minimum trip here.

14.20 – Moyassar

I like this horse a lot. I rode him over Khaadem at Newbury last year, and Khaadem went and won. You can put a line through his last two starts, and he’s been training really well. I think he’s got a right good chance.

14.55 – Carp Kid

I’ve ridden a winner for John Flint before. He doesn’t have loads of horses but he’s a good trainer and does well with the horses he had. This horse is very consistent. He won at Chepstow last season and has held his form well. Hopefully he can run a nice race.

Royal Ascot

It’s going to be weird riding at Royal Ascot with no crowds and nobody around the winners’ enclosure. But we have a really strong team of horses going there this year and a great book of rides on the first day, so I’m looking forward to it.

As long as we have a few winners, I’m sure it will be fine.
