Beware the Bear favourite for Coral Welsh Grand National

Rehearsal Chase winner 7/1 to win
Beware the Bear is leading the betting for next week’s Coral Welsh Grand National, according to Coral’s odds.
Having won the Rehearsal Chase recently, Nicky Henderson-trained horse is 7/1 to win the Chepstow marathon.
Chase the Spud looks set to be the seven-year-old’s main competition at 8/1 (from 10/1), with Rock the Kasbah at 9/1 (from 10/1).
Coral’s David Stevens said: “Although Nicky Henderson doesn’t have a great record in any of the leading Nationals, in Beware The Bear he has a contender in great form. However, his position at the head of the betting is under threat from both Chase The Spud and Rock The Kasbah.”
