Aiming to stay on the winning trail
It was a perfect start to the week for followers of our in-form horse racing previews, with Monday’s NAP Dyna Might scoring off a useful 9/4, just as we said. Congratulations if you were on, if not, we’re targeting another on Tuesday.

Gosden has another good thing
Focussing on the seven races at Yarmouth and we bagged a winner in the lucky last on Monday, so go looking to do the same again in the final leg of the day, due off at 5.20pm. 12 runners sprint it out over seven furlongs in this handicap, but Blue On Blue is our champion.
John Gosden’s rep was a winner last time out at this very venue, and although that was the three-year-old’s first success, it was overdue and there was more than enough there that day to suggest he can go and do it again here.
A couple of spins around Chelmsford and Newmarket late last year did nothing to inspire confidence, ending in midfield on both occasions. Things finally seemed to fall into place on his penultimate start though, placing third at Kempton before grabbing that win at Yarmouth at the end of April, shaking the monkey off his back.

Going off a sizeable SP, Tuesday’s selection was seen battling to a narrow win over runner-up Glendun, beating the silver medalist by a neck. A little too close for comfort, certainly for those who trusted him with their stake money, but he did get the job done. What was most pleasing about the win was how he handled himself at the end, driving for home and looking like a horse who wanted it more.
Blue On Blue’s sole cheer did, of course, come over course and distance, while those who want to keep our thinking close will be enthused by the booking of jockey Robert Tart, who’s back in the saddle and knows exactly how to get the best out of our boy. He caught the eye last time, and there’s plenty more where that came from. Let’s see him prove it at Coral’s attractive 5/2, a price which makes him favourite, but there’s enough there to get excited about.
