Jackpot to be crowned King of the Oche

Coral celebrate Thursday, the designated day of Premier League darts, by specially selecting a stupendous bet of the day, as your favourite PDC superstars take to the stage for phase two of this tremendous tournament.

Among the highlights is a top-draw darting duel between familiar foes Adrian Lewis and Peter Wright, and punters can take a spectacular price of 6/1 for Jackpot to be anointed King of the Oche (to win match, most 180s and highest checkout. If any of the markets are tied, bets will be settled as losers).

If you fancy the sound of that flutter for the number four ranked arrowsmith in the world to come out tops across the board, read on…

Lewis has Wright record

English oche hero Lewis has faced Scottish star Snakebite on four occasions this calendar year already, with a whopping eight wrangles between them in 2015.

Jackpot has certainly had the better of their latest battles, beating Wright in four of their past five frays, and the luck overall – as he holds a rampant head-to-head record of 15 wins to eight. To boot, Scot Snakebite has also defeated Lewis in just one major PDC event, often falling in the crucial encounters.

Much of Stoke-born Jackpot’s darting dominance against rival Wright has also arrived in the Premier League, where Lewis has lost only one of four meetings, and is currently on a run of two triumphs on the trot, having smashed Snakebite 7-3 this season already and 7-4 in 2015.

Jackpot on a roll

Lewis sits comfortably fourth in the Premier League standings, two points ahead of Wright after securing two more victories.

Already scalped by Jackpot are big names Dave Chisnall, Michael Smith, Robert Thornton, Raymond van Barneveld and Wright himself, who the Englishman defeated with a higher average of 107.93 to Snakebite’s 106.79.

The 31-year-old, a past Premier League runner-up, has already clocked-up a highest checkout and most maximums on separate match nights this term and over the past two years (since this very day in 2014) has notched 443 180s – 78 more than Wright.

So, Lewis looks value, not only for victory to be King of the Oche at that superb 6/1 price….
