There tends to be goals when Everton meet Leicester
Leicester City begin life under Claude Puel with a home game against Everton on Sunday. Given Everton’s form, it could be the ideal start for the former Southampton manager.
Everton have only won two of their last 14 games in all competitions. And their poor form led to Ronald Koeman’s dismissal earlier this week.
David Unsworth has been placed in temporary charge. The first game under his watch brought a much better display in the cup defeat to Chelsea. But Everton haven’t won an away league game since January. That unhappy run is unlikely to end at the King Power Stadium.
There are likely to be goals though. The last ten games between these two sides have all featured at least two goals.

And even though Everton have been on an awful run, they’ve scored in six of their last seven games. Leicester haven’t kept a clean sheet at home all season either.

Will Iheanacho start firing regularly?
Kelechi Iheanacho will have been very relieved to score his first goal for Leicester in their 3-1 Carabao Cup win over Leeds in midweek.
Now that he’s got that first goal, he should be able to play with more freedom.
