Bet of the Day: Back Wolves to extend Championship lead
Published:Table toppers host Fulham tonight
Friday night football serves up a cracker this evening as Wolverhampton Wanderers take on Fulham.
Both sides had pre-season aspirations of promotion. But it’s Wolves who look like they might realise that dream.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side have played some sensational form this season. Fulham are stuck in mid-table, but there’s plenty of time yet for the West Londoners to climb up and into the top-six.
However, the Cottagers are struggling on the road, and with Wolves beaten just once in eight at Molineux, Coral’s Bet of the Day is Wolves to win at 10/11.
Frail Fulham
Fulham’s away record really is quite poor. They’re winless in their last four away from Craven Cottage.
That’s largely down to a suspect defence. The London side have kept just one clean sheet all season.
They remain a force up front however and both teams have scored Fulham’s last 10 games.
Bank on Bonatini
With nine goals in 15 league games, Leo Bonatini is Wolves’ new hero.
The Brazilian has settled in brilliantly since joining on a year-long loan from Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal.
And the striker has been getting better and better each week.
His strike in the midweek win over Norwich meant Bonatini has now netted in each of his last five league games – scoring six in total.
So Coral’s 17/10 on the 23-year-old scoring anytime certainly appeals. As does the 9/2 on the striker scoring first.
