Plate odds trimmed for Amazing Red and Natural Scenery

Withhold still clear favourite

The Coral traders have cut Amazing Red and Natural Scenery’s odds for Saturday’s Northumberland Plate after plenty of backing for both horses.

Amazing Red is now 7/1 (was 8/1), while last year’s runner-up Natural Scenery stands at 12/1 (was 14/1).

Withhold remains the frontrunner in the betting. Roger Charlton’s stayer is 10/3 to triumph.

“Withhold remains a warm favourite for another big staying handicap success, but the support for Amazing Red and last year’s runner-up Natural Scenery suggests the market leader won’t have things all his own way on Saturday,” said Coral’s David Stevens.
