Five tips for your Sunday acca

What a Sunday we have in store as the regular Championship seasons draws to a dramatic close.

There are also three blockbuster fixtures from the Premier League, plus El Clasico from La Liga.

The Coral News Team pick out five selections from the day’s fixtures…

Arsenal to beat Burnley – 8/15

It’s only right to kick the acca tips off with Arsenal beating Burnley. The least this Gunners squad can do is make sure Arsene Wenger signs off with a win in his final game at the Emirates.

The Clarets could go level on points with Wenger’s side if they win. But surely the emotion of the occasion will be enough to rouse the Londoners to three points?

Lazio to beat Atalanta – EVS

Lazio look all-but-assured of a Champions League berth next season. But to really drive a nail into it, the Roman outfit need a win at the Stadio Olimpico against top-six rivals, Atalanta.

Simone Inzaghi’s side have been enthralling to watch all season. Ciro Immobile has hit over 40 goals in all competitions but he misses out through injury.

However, the Biancocelesti have won five of their last eight games and look like adding to that with another win here.

Bolton to beat Nottingham Forest – 3/4

Bolton must beat Forest at home to have any chance of Championship survival. If they can bag all three points, and Barnsley above them lose, they’ll stay up.

Forest have been gradually improving under Aitor Karanka in recent weeks. But the East Midlands outfit have nothing to play for. Wanderers will be roared on by a passionate home support and look good for a win.

Barcelona to beat Real Madrid – 8/11

It’s the final El Clasico of the season as newly-crowned champions Barcelona host Real Madrid at Camp Nou.

Barca are still unbeaten over the course of La Liga and will want to keep that record going against their bitter rivals.

Real could be tired from a testing game in midweek against Bayern Munich and Zinedine Zidane could rest a couple of key players.

Lionel Messi and co. smashed Real 3-0 in the previous El Clasico this season and will be confident of victory here again.

Fulham to beat Birmingham – 8/11

To round off a solid looking quintet, Fulham must beat Birmingham City away to have any hope of automatic promotion.

And the Cottagers have all the quality to achieve that. Slavisa Jokanovic’s side are unbeaten in 23 games stretching back to last December.

Blues are locked in a relegation battle themselves. But surely Fulham’s greater quality will shine through at St. Andrew’s?
