All your tips ahead of Saturday’s live ITV racing

If you’re having slight withdrawal symptoms after the end of Cheltenham, fear not, the racing keeps on coming.

The ITV cameras move swiftly on from Prestbury Park towards Kempton and Uttoxeter, with the Midlands Grand National from the latter.

The Coral News Team bring you the best bets and key storylines from Saturday’s racing…

Go West in the Grand National

He may have been clipped in the final few furlongs in the Eider Chase, but West Of The Edge can bag a consolation prize at Uttoxeter.

Dr. Richard Newland’s charge was all set for victory before being caught in the final stretch. He was stepped up in trip to four miles by Newland for that one and should be well-prepared now for this renewal.

He’ll have decent competition from the likes of Silsol and Dan Skelton’s talent, Get On The Yager. But he’ll love the soft ground and connections reckon he’s primed for a big win at the Midlands tracks.

Mozo mania on Paddy’s Day

It wouldn’t be St. Patrick’s Day proper if the Coral News Team didn’t pick a winner from the aptly named St. Patrick’s Day Mares’ Handicap Hurdle.

Anthony Honeyball is a trainer in form and his seven-year-old charge Mozo tops the betting ahead of this renewal.

She was second in her last outing to Innisfree Lad who’s gone on to bigger and better things in the last couple of months.

Her nearest challenger Sahara Haze gives away an 8lbs rise after a recent win at Warwick and that tips the scales in favour of Mozo.

Cobra De Mai

Dan Skelton had some success on the final day of Cheltenham as his charge Mohaayed won the County Hurdle under Bridget Andrews.

The pair won’t have too much time to celebrate as they team up again with Cobra De Mai for this renewal of the Silver Bowl Handicap Chase at Kempton.

He plays second fiddle in the betting to Tom George’s Brandon Hill. But he should take all the beating here considering he’s up just 2lbs in the ratings after a win at Warwick last time out.
