Can Kane and co. complete the job?

Tottenham Hotspur host Juventus at Wembley tonight in the second-leg of their Last-16 Champions League tie.

With the scores currently level at 2-2, Spurs have a great chance of getting past last year’s finalists.

The London outfit came from two goals down to salvage a draw in a remarkable performance in Turin three weeks ago. But the job is far from done yet.

The Coral News Team takes a look at all the key info ahead of the big clash…

Form

Both sides are in a seriously rich vein of form so this could be a belting game. Spurs are unbeaten in all competitions since mid-December.

That’s a 17-game run, including three wins on the spin. Juve are also on a great run. You have to go back to mid-November for their last loss.

The Bianconeri are also tightening the noose around Napoli in Serie A, having beaten Lazio with the practically the last kick of the game last Saturday.

Likely XIs

Barring Toby Alderweireld’s continued absence, and Serge Aurier’s suspension, Spurs have a clean bill of health.

Kieran Trippier will start at right full-back, Eric Dier and Mousa Dembele will start in the middle, with the usual foursome up top.

For Juve, Max Allegri welcomes back Blaise Matuidi and Paulo Dybala. The latter scored the last-gasp winner at Lazio last weekend.

Elsewhere, Stephan Lichtsteiner will deputise on the right flank for the injured Mattia De Sciglio.

Key Battles

Once again, this will come down to a war of attrition in the middle. Mousa Dembele dominated Juve’s central midfield in the first leg. The Belgian ran the game, feeding Spurs’ attacking players.

Allegri will be hopeful that Matuidi’s inclusion will be enough to stunt Dembele’s influence here.

Obviously, the Italian champions will have to stop Harry Kane. The England striker was on target in Turin and he’ll fancy his chances again here.

Spurs will be on their guard with Dybala back in the Juve side. The mercurial Argentine is a ball of energy and a deadly finisher. Davinson Sanchez will need to be guided by Jan Vertonghen.

Match Odds

Tottenham are 11/10 favourites, with Juve at 12/5, and the Draw available at 9/4.

Spurs have won each of their last four Champions League home games, including a 3-1 win over Real Madrid.

Juve have won 10 straight away games in all competitions. Harry Kane has scored nine goals in his last 10 games. The England striker is 3/1 to be First Goalscorer.

Gonzalo Higuain is Juve’s top scorer in the Champions League this season. He’s a slight doubt here but should start up top. The Argentine is 9/2 to score first and 13/8 to find the net Anytime.
