Odds cut to 2/1 on Lewandowski to sign for Chelsea

Bundesliga striker also linked with Manchester United and Real Madrid

Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski has been cut into 2/1 (from 4/1) to sign for Chelsea when the summer transfer window opens.

The Poland international is 6/4 to join Real Madrid, while Manchester United are 5/2 to land his services.

Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain are among the outsiders at 8/1 and 10/1 respectively.

The latter’s odds could change however, should the allegedly-unhappy Neymar leave the club.

Coral’s John Hill said: “Lewandowski has an excellent goalscoring record therefore if he does become available this summer, the top clubs around Europe will be queuing up to bag the striker.”

The 29-year-old striker has been with Bayern since making a high-profile move from Bundesliga rivals Borussia Dortmund in 2014.

He’s proven a hit for the Munich outfit, scoring 139 goals in just 181 appearances.

Bayern have their man under contract until 2021, but it’s been reported that Lewandowski now wants to test the waters of Premier League football.
