Odds cut on Monaco prodigy Lemar heading to Liverpool

Is 22-year-old en route to Anfield?
He’s one of the most prized assets in European football, and now it seems Liverpool could be getting their hands on Thomas Lemar before the January window closes.
A flurry of bets on this move over the past 24 hours have seen Coral’s trading team take the scissors to Lemar’s odds of an Anfield switch – cutting them from 5/1 to 3/1.
The only other realistic contenders for his signature in this window are fellow Premier League heavyweights Arsenal – but they remain outsiders at 8/1.
Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead said: “Liverpool are still searching for their Coutinho replacement and off the back of rumours of a deal for Lemar and a flurry of bets we’ve cut our odds on it happening this January.”
However, one man who looks almost-certain to leave Ligue 1 for the Prem in the coming days is Paris Saint-Germain winger Lucas Moura. He’s just 1/3 to join Tottenham Hotspur.
Aitkenhead said: “We’ve slashed the odds on Moura moving to Spurs this winter and now at 1-3 it looks like it could be a case of when, not if.”
