Prem and Serie A action amongst the five-fold
Sunday is derby day in the Premier League, as the respective halves of Manchester and Merseyside clash. Meanwhile, there are also some intriguing fixtures in La Liga and Serie A.
The Coral News Team have put their heads together and produced a five-fold Both Teams to Score acca on the continental crackers below.
A £5 stake on this fivefold would pay out £100.71 if successful. Odds correct at time of writing.
Here are those picks in full…
Manchester United v Manchester City: BTTS – Yes
The Premier League’s top two have been racking up the goals at an impressive rate. United have managed 35 in their 15 Premier League games, while that figure is 46 for the Citizens.
Jose Mourinho’s men have won each of their previous three games, but haven’t kept a clean sheet in any of them. Pep Guardiola’s men have found the net in 20 successive league games. Both Teams to Score – Yes looks a sure thing at 4/6.
Udinese v Benevento: BTTS – No
Benevento bagged their first ever Serie A point at home to AC Milan last weekend. But they’ll have to do something special to turn around their away-day goal drought.
The little club from Campania have managed just three goals in seven away games in the top tier. As for Zebrette, four of their last five league wins have been to nil. Both Teams to Score – No is a 19/20 shot.
Napoli v Fiorentina: BTTS – Yes
Maurizio Sarri’s Napoli are flying high in Serie A. They’ve managed 35 goals in 15 league outings, with 10 of those coming from the prolific Belgian Dries Mertens.
As for the visitors, they’re on a scoring run of 10 games on the trot. That includes a 3-0 victory over Sassuolo last time out. Four of the previous five Head-to-Heads have also seen both teams find the net. Both Teams to Score – Yes is 7/10.
Levante v Athletic Bilbao: BTTS – No
Neither of these sides have averaged above a goal a game in La Liga. Levante have been especially poor up front recently, finding the net once in three matches.
However, Juan Muniz’s side have managed four clean sheets in nine outings.
Los Leones’ games have hardly been thrilling of late. Their last three, matches have ended 0-1, 0-0 and 0-2 respectively. Add in the fact that three of the last four meetings between these sides have seen a single side score, and Both Teams to Score – No looks good value at 19/20.
Liverpool v Everton: BTTS – Yes
The Reds’ current goalscoring run is the envy of Europe. Jurgen Klopp’s swashbuckling side have scored 26 times in their past seven matches (3.71 per game). That included a 7-0 rout of Spartak Moscow on Wednesday night.
Chances are they’ll take maximum points against the Toffees. But things are improving on the blue half of the city. Everton have scored nine goals in their previous three fixtures.
Both sides found the net in the last Merseyside derby, and Both Teams to Score – Yes at 20/23 looks likely once again.
