Ambitious five-fold might return a handsome sum

It’s Christmas eve eve and there’s no one more excited than the Coral News Team.

There’s a whole host of domestic football to choose from with a full programme of fixtures over the course of the day.

The five-fold selected could pay well if the quintet of picks come in. A £5 stake would collect a cool £139. All figures correct at time of publication.

Cardiff City to beat Bolton

Neil Warnock’s high-flying Cardiff travel north to take on Bolton at the Macron Stadium.

The Bluebirds are currently second and lie just four points behind Wolverhampton Wanderers. Warnock’s side have won five of their last six league games.

Bolton are the third worst home side in the division. The 19/20 on a Cardiff win gets the acca on the way.

Sunderland to beat Birmingham City

Birmingham are in serious trouble and look likely to drop to League One come May. A managerial change has failed to halt the slide down to the foot of the table.

They go to a rejuvenated Stadium of Light with new boss Chris Coleman making an impact at Sunderland.

The Black Cats have now drawn with Wolves and beaten Fulham in their last two games. The 19/20 is a nice addition.

West Ham United to beat Newcastle United

Speaking of rejuvenated sides, what a job David Moyes has done at West Ham. The ex-Everton boss has got the Hammers going again.

The London outfit have won two of their last three including a win and a draw against Chelsea and Arsenal.

Newcastle have been poor lately and lost their last four league games on the spin. Back the Irons to continue their roll at 23/20.

Wolves to beat Ipswich

It’s back to the Championship where the leaders Wolves host Ipswich. Nuno Espirito Santo’s side are unbeaten in eight games, winning seven of them.

The Midlands outfit have lost just once all season, against Cardiff. They’ve won every game at Molineux bar two.

Ipswich are in decent form but have won just four games on the road all season. The 1/3 on the Wolves win is a nice acca booster.

Brighton and Hove Albion to beat Watford

Watford have lost their mojo in recent weeks. Marco Silva’s side have been beaten in their last three games in a row.

Brighton aren’t exactly pulling up any trees, either. However, Chris Hughton’s side remain solid in comparison to Silva’s up and down Hornets.

At the Amex Stadium, the Seagulls are a decent outfit and worth taking at 31/20 to round the acca off.
