Napoli hoping for Guardiola help

The group stages of this season’s Champions League is rounded off in style this Wednesday evening.

There are a handful of groups still to be decided with intriguing battles in every English clubs’ groups.

Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City and Liverpool have all qualified already, with the latter still to seal top spot.

The Coral News Team runs through the various permutations and the most intriguing subplots.

Can Man City do Napoli a favour?

They are arguably the most exciting team to watch in Europe, but Napoli could be heading for an early exit.

The Partenopei will be banking on City to beat Shakhtar Donetsk away and then get three points at Feyenoord to qualify.

The Ukrainian side will know that a solitary point against City will do.

However, a win for Guardiola’s team will make it six-from-six in the group and a place in the UCL record books. Man City to win is 17/10.

Liverpool to bag top spot

Liverpool welcome Spartak Moscow to Anfield with another three points firmly in their sights.

Jurgen Klopp’s outfit have been in excellent form lately and are unbeaten since October 20.

Spartak need to win and hope Sevilla come a cropper away to Maribor.

Goals are likely in both games with Both Teams To Score in Liverpool-Spartak a generous 20/23.

Porto and Leipzig battle for qualification

Group G sees a battle between Porto and RB Leipzig to see who qualifies for the knockouts.

Besiktas – who Leipzig host – have already qualified in top spot. Porto play Monaco at Estadio do Dragao and any slip-up there will prove costly for the Primeira Liga side.

Both Teams To Score in both games is nicely priced up, respectively, at 10/11.

Zidane under pressure as Real host BVB

Real have already qualified with Dortmund exiting early but Zinedine Zidane is still a man under pressure.

The Los Galacticos boss has come under fire from fans for some underwhelming performances this term.

Real lie eight points off Barca in the league and dropped more points against Athletic Bilbao last weekend.

A poor result here could spell trouble with Sevilla next up at the weekend. It surely won’t come to that for the Madrid legend.

Real Madrid to win and Over 3.5 Goals is 8/5.
