Bet of the Day: Coutinho to get on the scoresheet in Liverpool win

Reds are hot in front of goal

Liverpool will be looking to return to winning ways when they face Swansea City at Anfield this evening.

The Reds drew 3-3 with Arsenal on Friday night after relinquishing an initial 2-0 lead. Jurgen Klopp’s side are now unbeaten in 13 matches, while they’ve not lost at Anfield since April.

That good run has been largely down to the form of Philippe Coutinho. The Brazilian scored against the Gunners at the Emirates to take his tally to 11 for the season. He’s bagged six goals in his last six games and consistently provides value for the Reds in front of goal.

The Coral News Team expect his good form to continue against the Swans tonight. Coral’s Bet of the Day is Coutinho to Score Anytime at even-money.

Reds to strike early

Liverpool tend to take control of games early on. They’ve been ahead at the 30-minute mark on nine occasions so far this season.

Klopp’s four-pronged attack doesn’t give the opposition any time to settle into the contest. That usually allows the Reds to establish an advantage early on.

It’s 21/20 for the home side to be leading after 30 minutes for the fifth time in eight games.

Hosts to plunder the goals

A big part of Liverpool’s impressive form this season has been their accuracy in front of goal. The Merseysiders have scored three or more in one game on 15 occasions so far his term. They’ve netted 20 goals in their last five matches alone.

Given Swansea’s problems both in defence and attack, the Coral News Team think it’s fair to say that the hosts could get some joy at Anfield this evening.

Liverpool on the -2 handicap looks a safe bet at 6/5, while it’s 14/5 about the -3 handicap.
