Huge night ahead for Premier League trio

Wednesday night’s Champions League clashes have some serious treats among the fixtures.

There are three British teams involved with the Premier League trio of Liverpool, Manchester City, and Tottenham Hotspur in action.

The Coral News Team examines the key storylines from matchday four and suggests the best bets.

Tottenham v Real Madrid

Spurs will be smarting from a late defeat to Manchester United when they welcome Real to Wembley.

That’s two defeats in a row now for Mauricio Pochettino’s men. And the lack of momentum going into this massive clash will be cause for concern.

However, Real have their own issues too having lost 2-1 at Girona last weekend. Both sides are going through a bit of a rough patch.

After a closely fought 1-1 draw in the previous game, it’s worth backing the tie at 27/10 again.

Liverpool to crush Maribor once more

Liverpool created a bit of UCL history in their 7-0 away win over Maribor on matchday three.

The Reds broke the record for the biggest margin of victory for an English club away from home in the competition.

The Coral News Team thinks it won’t be as emphatic this time around. But you should still expect the Reds to run riot.

The 20/23 on Liverpool winning on the -3 Handicap is worth a bet.

Jurgen Klopp’s side are in decent form and despatched Huddersfield coolly in a 3-0 win at Anfield.

Georginio Wijnaldum scored in that victory. The Dutchman loves a goal in home fixtures and is 3/1 to net anytime here.

Another end-to-end encounter in Naples

Man City v Napoli on matchday three at the Etihad was arguably the game of the competition so far. End-to-end doesn’t do it justice.

Both sides lead their respective leagues and are playing the most attractive club football anywhere on the planet right now.

City under Guardiola have won 12 of their last 13 games while Napoli have won 10 from 11 games in Serie A.

The Naples outfit were unlucky not to come away with a point in Manchester and will be hopeful of a result at home.

Partenopei have a fantastic record at Stadio San Paolo where the intense atmosphere generated drives the team on.

Maurizio Sarri’s side needs a positive result here or they could be in trouble. Napoli to win and Over 2.5 Goals at 5/2 looks the best bet.

In fact, any bet banking on goals should be a safe enough proposition.
