Chris Coleman’s odds slashed into 7-4 for Leicester job
Published:
Wales manager Chris Coleman has been slashed into 7-4 (from 5-1) with bookmaker Coral to fill the vacant Leicester job following a gamble behind the Welshman in the last 24 hours. The firm has also seen strong support for Burnley’s Sean Dyche who is second best in the latest betting at 2-1 (from 7-2), while it is 8-1 bar.
“The betting now suggests it could be a two-horse race between Chris Coleman and Sean Dyche as to who takes over from Craig Shakespeare at Leicester and at the moment it is the Welshman who edges favouritism,” said Coral’s John Hill.
**Next permanent Leicester manager
7-4 Chris Coleman, 2 Sean Dyche, 8 Sam Allardyce, 10 Michael Appleton, 12 Tony Pulis, 14 Carlo Ancelotti, Ronald Koeman, Alan Pardew, 16 Nigel Pearson, Roberto Mancini, Rafa Benitez, 20 Bar
