Tuesday’s £5 Champions League acca pays over £183

Six-fold for the second round of action

The second week of Champions League action begins on Tuesday night and there could be some great games in store.

Borussia Dortmund v Real Madrid is the pick of the ties, while Liverpool, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur are the British representatives on show.

There should be plenty of goals tonight and the Coral News Team have put together an acca to make it even more interesting.

Placing a £5 stake on the following could lead to a payout of £183.10. Prices and returns mentioned are correct at the time of writing.

Here are tonight’s selections:

Manchester City to beat Shakhtar Donetsk

It all begins in Manchester, where Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City are odds-on at 1/5 to beat Shakhtar Donetsk.

City have been in stunning form lately. Since drawing with Everton in August, they’ve won six on the trot, scoring 24 goals and conceding just two.

They’re a match for any side right now. And the Ukrainian champions could be in for a long night.

Liverpool to beat Spartak Moscow

Next up is Liverpool, who are 4/6 favourites to win away at Spartak Moscow.

Jurgen Klopp’s side need to win after only picking up a point against Sevilla in their opening Group E game.

The Reds ended a run of four games without a win by beating Leicester City 3-2 on Saturday.

That game highlighted Liverpool’s defensive issues. But Spartak will struggle to deal with their attacking firepower, especially as Sadio Mane is available for selection again.

Monaco to beat Porto

It should be a close game between Monaco and Porto at the Stade Louis II.

Monaco have won six out of seven games in Ligue 1, despite selling many of the players who took them to the title and Champions League semi-finals last season.

Porto are top of the table in Portugal with a 100% record after seven games.

It’s a tough one to call. But the Coral experts think Monaco’s smart summer signings and Leonardo Jardim’s know-how tips it in their favour at 11/10.

Besiktas to beat Red Bull Leipzig

Besiktas surprised Porto 3-1 in the opening round of fixtures. Now they’re 21/10 underdogs against Red Bull Leipzig. However, home advantage could make the difference.

It will be RB Leizig’s first ever away game in Europe’s biggest club competition.

Visiting sides at Vodafone Park are always confronted with a hostile atmosphere.

Now Besiktas are just as intimidating on the pitch after adding Pepe and Gary Medel to the squad this summer.

Real Madrid to beat Borussia Dortmund

It’s not gone to plan for Real Madrid in La Liga so far. They’re already seven points behind Barcelona after six games.

That will only make them more determined to get three points away to Borussia Dortmund.

The defending champions are 5/4 to win against the early Bundesliga leaders.

Both teams will be without several key players, though Madrid’s superb squad allows them to cope without too many problems.

Tottenham to beat APOEL Nicosia

Tottenham are the final pick for Tuesday’s acca.

After an impressive win against Dortmund, Spurs can put themselves in an excellent position in Group H by beating APOEL Nicosia.

At 1/4, it would be a surprise if they returned from Cyprus with anything less than three points.

Even without the suspended Dele Alli and Jan Vertonghen, they should have too much quality for APOEL.
