Northern Ireland and Germany continue their campaigns

It’s day two of the latest round of European World Cup Qualifiers and there’s plenty of action from across the continent.

From Lithuania to Norway and several places in-between the Coral News Team have scoured the region for the most enticing Friday picks.

Placing a £5 stake on the following five-fold could lead to handsome payout of £308.55. Prices and returns mentioned are correct at the time of writing.

Let’s get cracking with this handsome five-fold…

Germany to beat Czech Republic

Germany have been utterly irresistible so far in qualifying. Joachim Low’s side have won six from six in Group C, scoring 27 and conceding 1.

Against an inconsistent Czech Republic the visitors should have no problem. They’re 8/15 to get this Coral acca off to a solid start.

Poland to beat Denmark

Poland haven’t lost away from home in 90 minutes since a 2015 defeat to Germany.

With Robert Lewandowski leading the line against Denmark they should get the job done. The hitman has bagged 11 goals in qualifying so far.

The unbeaten Poles are 21/10 to continue their good form against the Danes.

Azerbaijan to beat Norway

Don’t underestimate Azerbaijan. Milli have shown dramatic improvement in recent years. So much so that they sit above tonight’s opponents Norway in Group C.

Meanwhile, Norway themselves have won one from six in qualifying. They also lost the away fixture to Azerbaijan 1-0.

It all points to a narrow 13/2 away victory for Robert Prosinecki’s handily priced underdogs.

Scotland to beat Lithuania

Tradition dictates that Scotland will make hard work of this one. But they generally find a way to get the job done.

Gordon Strachan’s boys have won four from six against Lithuania. And they’ve picked up of late as well. A victory over Slovenia and draw against England has given the Scots hope and they’re 3/4 for this one.

Northern Ireland to beat San Marino

This one should be a given. Northern Ireland are in excellent form and San Marino are the group whipping boys.

Kyle Lafferty will hope to be amongst the goals as Michael O’Neill’s side continue their qualifying charge.

They don’t offer much value as a single bet, but they help bulk up the acca at 1/20.
