Marion Cotillard heads betting to be next Bond girl

Published:

French actress Marion Cotillard is the 2-1 favourite with bookmaker Coral to appear as a Bond girl in the next instalment of the 007 series, after Daniel Craig confirmed he would be making another film as the famous spy.  Cara Delevingne is 4-1 second favourite, ahead of Margot Robbie and Charlize Theron, both 6-1, while Prince Harry’s actress girlfriend Meghan Markle is 20-1, and Craig’s wife, Rachel Weisz, is priced at 33-1.

“Now Daniel Craig has confirmed he will be putting on the famous tuxedo one more time, attention will turn to who is leading lady might be, and we favour Marion Cotillard to leave 007 shaken and stirred as his Bond girl,” said Coral’s David Stevens.

“Cara Delevingne is also prominent in the betting, while Royal favourite Meghan Markle is 20-1 to catch 007 as well as a Prince, although the odds say it is less likely Rachel Weisz will be sharing screen time with her real-life husband,” added Stevens.
