Order Of St George favoured to gain Goodwood revenge

SPORTSBOOK ODDS

Order Of St George has been installed as the 15-8 favourite by Coral for the Qatar Goodwood Cup, ahead of his Gold Cup conqueror Big Orange, at 2-1, in their opening show on the newly promoted Group One contest.

“Like their titanic finish at Ascot last week, there’s very little between the two Goodwood Cup market leaders, but we narrowly favour Order Of St George to gain his revenge, as perhaps the Ballydoyle colt didn’t quite get the run of the race in the Gold Cup, although Big Orange will not be an easy horse to pass as he bids for a hat-trick of wins on the Sussex downs,” said Coral’s David Stevens.
