Sponsors have filly top of the market

Four of Minding's six Group 1 wins came this season.

Minding set for early attention

It’ll be the price on Minding that’s sure to get the tongues of punters’ wagging however, and Coral spokesman Simon Clare explained the thinking behind the market…

“Aidan O’Brien has a fantastic record in the Coral-Eclipse and has entered a team of great quality as well as quantity for the race. It’s been twenty-five-years since a filly last won the Coral-Eclipse but if Minding lines up in the race she will be a popular choice to set that record straight,”

Coral’s support of Eclipse ongoing

Incredibly, this will be the 42nd year of Coral’s sponsorship of the Eclipse Stakes, which is fantastic for the sport, and stands as the longest-running group race support in the world.

Traditionally the first group one contest of the season, the Eclipse is billed as a meeting between the classic generation and the more experienced horses. At last count, we had 34 three-year-old’s with their name in the hat, alongside 32 older horses.
