Supreme favourite Moon Racer in demand for Champion Hurdle

SPORTSBOOK ODDS

Coral has cut Moon Racer to 14-1 (from 20-1) for the Champion Hurdle, after support for the former Champion Bumper winner this afternoon.   The 8-y-o has been eased to 11-2 (from 4-1) for the Supreme Novices’ Hurdle, while Ballyandy is 5-1 (from 6-1) for the Festival opener.

“We’ve seen a few interesting bets for Moon Racer for the Champion Hurdle today, but by contrast he’s been easy to back for the Supreme in recent days, so while no decision on his Festival race has been made, it would perhaps not be a surprise should connections aim for the big one with the clearly fragile 8-y-o in what looks a wide open Champion year,” said Coral’s David Stevens.
