Shakespeare odds-on to get permanent Leicester job

Craig Shakespeare is now odds-on at 4-6 with leading bookmaker Coral to become the next permanent Leicester manager following a gamble on the caretaker boss on the back of his side’s 3-1 victory last night against Liverpool. Former Chelsea man Guus Hiddink remains second best in the betting at 4-1, while Nigel Pearson is 5-1 for a third spell at the club.

Leicester have eased out to 11-4 (from 15-8) in the relegation betting with Coral, while they can be backed at 4-5 with the firm to pick up three points at home to Hull on Saturday afternoon.
