Un De Sceaux is the 8-11 (from 4-5) favourite with Coral for Saturday’s Clarence House Chase, ahead of Ar Mad at 2-1, after the latter’s trainer, Gary Moore, confirmed his Sire De Grugy would bypass the Ascot race.

Looking ahead to Sunday, the Melbourne Cup runner-up, Heartbreak City, is the sponsor’s 5-2 favourite for the Coral.ie Hurdle, while last weekend’s Fairyhouse winner, Ball D’Arc, is 7-1 market leader for more big race success in the Coral.ie Leopardstown Chase.
