Greg Rutherford 13-8 to lose Strictly place in Blackpool

SPORTSBOOK ODDS

Greg Rutherford is the 13-8 favourite with leading bookmaker Coral to be eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing this weekend in Blackpool. Robert Rinder can be backed at 2-1 to be the next contestant to go, while Ed Balls is 11-4 to dance for the last time on the latest round of the series.

In the outright market, the gamble behind Balls lifting the Glitter ball trophy continues to gather pace as he has been cut into 12-1 this morning following another flurry of bets for the former Shadow Chancellor who was the 100-1 rank outsider before the competition got underway.

“Greg Rutherford is the favourite to leave Strictly this weekend in Blackpool but the betting suggests it could be a close call between the Olympian and Judge Rinder,” said Coral’s John Hill.

“The gamble behind Ed Balls lifting the Glitterball trophy is showing no sign of stopping as punters are convinced 2016 is going to end with another surprise in the former Shadow Chancellor being the last contestant standing,” added Hill.
