Andy Murray is 1-3 with leading bookmaker Coral to be knighted in the Queen’s New Year’s honours list after the British tennis player became the number one ranked player in the world on Saturday, while 24 hours later he claimed the Paris Masters title.

Murray is 8-15 with Coral to be crowned the BBC Sports Personality of the Year for 2016, an award he has already won twice in his career, while the firm is also betting on how many Grand Slam singles titles the Brit will win in 2017 in which he is 7-4 to land one title and 11-4 to prevail in two.
