Nishikori to win first set against Wawrinka
Moving on to Monday and the John McEnroe Group, there’s another close to call contest between US Open champ Stan Wawrinka and Japanese tennis ace Kei Nishikori.
Splitting two meetings this season means the betting markets don’t give too much away, but one value punt definitely looks to be nifty Nishikori to draw first blood.
Both battles this year, again on hard courts, saw late-blooming Swiss star Wawrinka drop the first set. Side with Nishikori, then, at 5/6 to take a 1-0 lead.
Murray to beat Cilic in three sets
If taking Andy Murray odds, punters should not be too worried by the fact first 2016 ATP World Tour Finals opponent Marin Cilic beat the Briton last time out.
