Gareth Southgate has been trimmed into 5-4 (from 6-4) by leading bookmaker Coral to be the next permanent England manager following his win yesterday against Malta at Wembley. England are 6-5 to remain unbeaten in Group F and 4-1 to win all of their 2018 World Cup qualifying games.
