Burnley’s bid to sign Poland winger Kamil Grosicki appear to be dead, according to Sky Sports. Sean Dyche did get Jeff Hendrick for a Clarets club record fee, though!

Morocco attacking midfielder Younes Belhanda is another late deadline day signing for Nice, joining Mario Balotelli on the Riviera.

Wales forward and Euro 2016 star Hal Robson-Kanu is a free agent no longer! He signs a two-year contract with Coral betting partners West Bromwich Albion and Tony Pulis, you can call him Hal:

The official Champions League account knows, so that’s good enough for us. David Luiz is back at Chelsea after two years away, and he’s got £20m cheaper since they sold him to PSG.

It’s a three-year contract for the Brazil centre back at Stamford Bridge! Chelsea confirm it all:

Argentina centre back Ezeuqiel Garay joins Valencia from Zenit St Petersburg on a four-year deal:

Ex-England frontman Rickie Lambert signs a two-year deal at Championship club Cardiff City after leaving West Bromwich Albion for an undisclosed fee:

Scotland wide play Ikechi Anya signs a four-year deal with Derby County, one of Coral’s betting partners, for a reported £4m from Watford.

Ecuador international attacker Enner Valencia completes a season-long loan move to Everton from West Ham. That should soften the blow, Toffees fans, of missing out on Moussa Sissoko! There’s an option to buy of £14.5m!

Former Norwich City loanee Dieumerci Mbokani completes a loan switch to Hull City from Dynamo Kiev:

His first name means thank God in English, and that’s what Tigers fans will be saying now they’ve made some signings these last couple of days after a very quiet rest of the summer!

Serie A champions Juventus will not be signing Belgium midfielder Axel Witsel from Zenit St Petersburg, though reports in Italy suggest the deal could easily be revived in January.

Yet another loan deal, and it’s Ghana winger Christian Atsu to Newcastle on loan from Chelsea for the season.

One of the Daily Mail writers reports a five-year contract agreed between Tottenham and Moussa Sissoko.

That desire to play Champions League football behind the Frenchman’s snub of Everton! The Toffees withdraw their interest in Sissoko.

A tweet from Crystal Palace to say it’s time for bed and all their business is concluded. Eagles fans will be delighted to have kept hold of Wilfried Zaha!

Everton make another signing, but it’s not Moussa Sissoko. Dominic Calvert-Lewin of Sheffield United will join the Under-23 setup at Goodison Park, signing a four-year contract with the Toffees.

Sky Sports News (we’re all watching it aren’t we?) reports a three-year contract for Wales forward and free agent Hal Robson-Kanu is all but signed!

A return to Stamford Bridge is all but confirmed now for Brazil’s ball-playing centre back David Luiz with his medical passed!

Republic of Ireland and Everton winger Aiden McGeady will spend the season on loan at Preston North End.

Former Real Madrid, Bolton Wanderers and Sunderland left back Marcos Alonso has signed for Chelsea for a reported €25m fee from Fiorentina. It’s fair to say the 25-year-old has had a see-saw career!

In his own words, Alonso, who has English League Cup and Coppa Italia runner-up medals, said: “It’s a step up in my career – it’s time for me to win some titles.”

Mark Hughes really has a knack for bringing in high profile players to Stoke City. This time Bruno Martins Indi has joined on loan from Porto for the season, with an option to buy.

Wolverhampton Wanderers’ new owners continue to splash the cash, as they have brought in Portugal international striker Ivan Cavaleiro from Monaco – again for a club record.

Aston Villa have sold former Barcelona academy graduate Adama Traore to Middlesbrough, to further bolster their already impressive attack. And Albert Adomah has gone the other way!

(16:05) DONE DEAL: Burnley break bank for Hendrick

We’ve already seen Sunderland just break their transfer record, and Burnley have followed suit by splashing out on Jeff Hendrick from Derby County for a reported £10m fee.

(16:00) DONE DEAL: Ipswich bring Williams in on loan… again

Another Wales player is on the move, this time Jonny Williams to Ipswich Town from Crystal Palace for a FOURTH loan spell. If they like him so much, why not just sign him permanently surely?

Free agent Hal Robson-Kanu looks to be on his way to West Bromwich Albion, after being given permission to leave Wales’ squad and have a medical. The Euro 2016 star was linked with the likes of Valencia and Sevilla earlier this summer, but has seemingly decided to pick a move to the West Midlands instead…

Suddenly everyone wants Wilshere! AC Milan are now apparently looking to snap up the Arsenal man on loan! What a move that would be for the 24-year-old.

(15:39) DONE DEAL: Sunderland splash out on N’dong

The Black Cats have spent big on Deadline Day by bringing in Gabon international midfielder Didier N’Dong for a club record fee of £13.6m from Lorient.

(15:29) Luiz edging closer to Chelsea return!

What started off as pub talk yesterday has actually turned into one of the more intriguing transfers on Deadline Day! Reports now suggest that David Luiz is keen on returning to Chelsea and already on the Eurostar from France to London, for up to £20m less than the £50m fee PSG paid for him in 2014.

(15:20) Is Arbeloa the potential mystery Hammer signing?

West Ham United chairman David Sullivan’s son Jack earlier Tweeted a player was potentially on the way to the Olympic Stadium, and it now seems that that man is former Liverpool and Real Madrid right back Alvaro Arbeloa.

That is despite already having recent England call-up Michail Antonio and Sam Byram able to play in that position.

(15:16) Pardew not giving up on Wilshere deal

It seems there is still a three-horse race for supposedly unwanted Jack Wilshere, and Alan Pardew refuses to give up hope signing the England international for Crystal Palace, despite claims Roma are leading the way.

“Obviously there’s a lot of clubs that would like Jack, and I guess we’re one of them,” Pardew said. “But we’ve done so great in this window, it really would be the icing on the cake if we could get him across the line.”

(15:10) DONE DEAL: Bremen bag Gnabry on loan

A lot of loan deals today! Arsenal’s Serge Gnabry has joined Werder Bremen for the season, despite the young German attacker being linked with Bayern Munich yesterday.

(15:00) Hearts rebuff third Paterson bid

Hearts right back Callum Paterson has been subject of interest from Wigan Athletic and now the Edinburgh club have rejected yet another bid for the Scotland international. The 21-year-old defender is out of contract at the end of the season, but Jambos are remaining firm.

(14:42) Tiote’s Galatasaray switch off

Newcastle United’s combative Cheick Tiote will not be joining Istanbul side Galatasaray, after talks broke down. Now, the midfielder is reportedly talking with a number of La Liga sides regarding a Spanish switch.

(14:31) Gyan’s English move off

Former Sunderland striker Asamoah Gyan had previously been in talks to join either Reading or Fulham, but now the deal appears to be off with the Ghanaian jetting off to Dubai to join Al-Ahli. The forward’s previous spell in the Middle East ended with him scoring 95 in 83 league games for Al Ain, and is now one of the world’s highest paid football stars

(14:15) DONE DEAL: Nasri joins Sevilla on loan

Andalusian outfit Sevilla have confirmed the loan signing on Samir Nasri until the end of the season. The creative midfielder was keen to leave Manchester City for first team football, and a move to Seville presents him with the chance to play his way back to the top of the game.

(13:53) Sissoko finds himself unloved

After previously being linked to Real Madrid and PSG, a move away from Newcastle United could be out the window – with both Everton and Spurs ruling themselves out of signing France international Moussa Sissoko.

(13:45) DONE DEAL: Rhoys Wiggins moves to Birmingham City

Left back Wiggins has now completed his move to the Blues from Bournemouth, signing a loan deal that will keep him at the club until January 2017.

(13:35) Villa owner excites fans

Aston Villa owner Dr Tony Xia has tweeted a photo of potential new signing Albert Adomah in club’s strip. Despite this, Middlesbrough are still claiming the deal is not totally done.

(13:14) DONE DEAL: Forest sign duo

Nottingham Forest have been busy sealing a double deal, with Icolao Dumitru and Mustapha Carayol being confirmed on deadline day. The two forwards will bolster Philippe Montanier’s forward line, as the club looks to gain promotion to England’s top-flight.

(13:01) DONE DEAL: Wilfried Bony joins Stoke City

Ivory Coast international Bony to the Potters is now confirmed. The hitman will be at the Staffordshire club on a season long loan and joins a talented attacking Mark Hughes squad, boasting the likes of Marko Arnautovic, Xherdan Shaqiri and Bojan.

(12:50) Dominic Calvert-Lewin to Everton

Toffees are close to snaring Sheffield United’s teenage sensation Calvert-Lewin. The striker is reportedly heading to Everton’s training complex to undergo a medical before sealing his £1.5m move. Calvert-Lewin was just recently called up to the England Under-20s, and netted five on loan for Northampton Town last term.

(12:40) Nasri set for Sevilla switch

Samir Nasri appears to be nearing the exit at Manchester City, with Sevilla reportedly lining up a swoop that would take him to Andalusia on loan. The La Liga outfit have won three consecutive Europa League titles and would present the French international with regular first team football.

(12:23) DONE DEAL: Lee Grant joins Potters on loan

Veteran goalkeeper Grant has joined Stoke City from Derby County on loan until Janaury. The 33-year-old will provide cover for Shay Given, who is filling in for Jack Butland as he recovers from an ankle injury.

(12:02) Adomah arrives at Aston Villa

Middlesbrough midfielder Albert Adomah is reportedly currently at Aston Villa’s training ground having a medical. The player had also attracted interest from Derby County, but is now in the final stages of completing his transfer to Roberto Di Matteo’s Villa.

(12:02) DONE DEAL: Joe Hart completes move to Torino

Manchester City’s Joe Hart has had his season-long loan move to Torino confirmed by the Italian club. England’s number one struggled to make it into new City boss Pep Guardiola’s plans, but now has to contend with Daniele Padelli. Hart will become the first British goalkeeper to play in Serie A since 1930.
