Bookmaker Coral is offering odds of 10-1 that Wayne Rooney leaves Manchester United on a permanent move in the January transfer window, after Jose Mourinho left him on the bench against Leicester on Saturday. It’s 6-4 that Rooney starts against Stoke at the weekend, while it’s 1-7 that he starts against Zorya Luhansk in the Europa League on Thursday night.

Elsewhere, Slaven Bilic’s odds shortened to 7-2 from 4-1 to be the first Premier League manager to leave his post, after West Ham suffered their fourth defeat in a row on Sunday. However, Swansea manager Francesco Guidolin is the even money favourite to be the first casualty.
